How we are keeping our Customers and Staff safe
Cleaning
Our cleaning routines have been enhanced and staff will sanitise all surfaces and contact points at the end of each game. We have increased time between games to clean and sanitise rooms and props after each play.
We provide toilets and hand washing facilities on-site but Customers are required to bring and wear their own masks whilst playing our games. We advise our customers to wear gloves where possible.

Follow latest Government guidance on COVID 19 whilst on our premises.
Wear a mask/face covering while on our premises.
Clean hands on entry and as directed.
Maintain the required distance from our team.
Our team is there to keep you safe; please follow their guidance.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your allotted start time. External doors will be kept closed during games and cleaning times.
We have adapted our booking system so that only one team can be on site at any given time. You will only play with people in your group and the only other person you should come into contact with is your games master (at the required distance of course!)
Maximum number of people per game is 6. However all of our games are designed for teams of 2-6 people which means that you can enjoy our games as they were intended to be played.
Games can be re-booked or a gift voucher generated free of charge if any member of a team, is showing new symptoms on the day of the booking, has been asked to isolate or has positive test for Covid-19.
You will be able to leave belongings in provided trunks which will be rotated from team to team and cleaned at the end of each game.
We use the lead bookers' details for the track and trace program. The gathering of this information will be GDPR compliant and not used for marketing.
